Do my employees have to install anything?

No. Add-ins are deployed centrally through the Microsoft 365 admin center, so they simply appear in the ribbon the next time someone opens the app — nothing to download or install on individual machines.

Does this replace our existing systems (ERP, PLM, document management)?

Usually not — it sits on top of and connects into what you already have, most commonly SharePoint, rather than asking you to move data into a new system.

How long does onboarding take?

Because the product already exists, onboarding is days, not months — deployment via the Microsoft 365 admin center, a template/branding review, and a follow-up check-in at 30 days. We give you a concrete date after the fit call, not before.
